Falcons 2000 would like to officially announce its first signing for the 2014 Season! We welcome Adam Brooker to our senior team and are very excited to have him at the club. Adam brings many years of experience between the sticks and has impressed immensely during preseason. Name: Adam Brooker Age: 25 Position: GK/CB/CM But GK this year Previous Clubs: Warragul (Juniors), Drouin (Seniors in GSL) & Trafalgar Occupation: Gun Salesman at Statewide Bearings Favourite Team: The one and only Tottenham Hotspurs Favourite Player: Hugo Lloris Role Model: Don’t actually think I have one, bit sad. Best player you have played with: When I was at Drouin, a Brazilian named Josima who was an ex Flamengo reserves player in Brazil. Best player you have played against: When I was 17 I play centre back on Luke Cheney, was a tough day. Favourite Drink: Jack Daniels or Protein Shakes Favourite Meal: Anything Pasta Best moment in soccer: Under 14s Grand Final win for Warragul Worst moment in soccer: Just realizing that its been more than 10 years since my best moment. Hopefully create one or two this year! Other Hobbies: Gym Best thing about playing at Falcons: Besides everyone at the club being real welcoming, this preseason has been the best/hardest/most organised that I have ever had. I have never looked forward to a season as much as this one.
